and use it for processing during the booking process and for any insurance
benefit processes at a later stage. Only data that is essential for processing

We do not pass on your personal data to third parties.
Extent of data collection/storage:
We collect and store the following customer data:
- Personal data (name of customer, e-mail address)
- Travel information (date of travel, price of travel, travel booking date)
- Account information (account holder, account number, bank routing code,
credit card number, credit card company, credit card holder)
For safety reasons, only the last four digits of the account number or
credit card number are showed right. The other digits are replaced by XXXX
in payment information that we transfer by e-mail.
Safety when dealing with personal data:
We provide suitable and effective procedures to protect against loss, misuse,
unauthorized and unentitled access, disclosure, alteration and erasure.
Data is processed and transmitted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure.
We only process your personal data for purposes/procedures for which the
data was collected. In this connection we take economically appropriate
measures to ensure that this data is necessary, correct, complete and up-to-date
for the purpose intended.
Enforcement of and compliance with these statements on data protection:
AGA International AG undertakes to comply with the points named above regarding
data protection as described.
Data protection in the event of damage:
According to Section 16 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG
- Bundesdatenschutzgesetz) we hereby inform you that, in case of damage,
the damage data is stored and, if required, sent to appropriate associations
in the insurance industry and the re-insurers concerned for the same purpose
insofar as this is necessary to implement the contract in due form. The
provisions contained in the German Federal Data Protection Act on the transmission
of data remain unaffected. Upon request, the address will be given of the
respective data recipient.
